Rules and Regulations Revisions as of July 16, 2025

Pages 29 – 30 Added to Exhibit T Fence Specifications – Option 3 Vinyl Rear Patio fence.

Page 52 Important Alert – To Prevent Siding Damage

In order to protect siding from landscaper mower or trimmer damage, there are two options:

  • Maintain the bottom edge of the bottom row of siding 6 inches above ground level.

  • Maintain a buffer from the wall of the house extending 12 inch out consisting of pavers, mulch, or river stone larger than 2” in diameter. The buffer cannot encroach on common property. No tipple stone, pea gravel or other small stone is to be permitted as it may cause damage if thrown by a mower or weedwhacker.

If neither of these options is implemented at your home and the bottom row sustains siding damage, the landscaper will not repair and/or reimburse to repair the damage.
