Due to on-going concern with squirrels and other vermin and wildlife causing damage to our community and homeowner possessions, as of June 1st, 2020, the Association will no longer permit bird feeders.
During inspections, if bird feeders are found, you will receive a letter to remove any and all feeders (With the exception of hummingbird feeders). We are also not permitting the feeding of any wildlife with food sources provided by association members such as peanuts, old food, pumpkins, etc. This may result in a fine being issued if we see this occurring. If you have any questions, please feel free to talk to any board member or please email Christian Cooper at Continental Property Management at c.cooper@cpm975.com. Thank you for your cooperation
Scam Alert - PECO would never knock on your door asking for info.
Plantation Court homes had someone knocking on their doors claiming to be from PECO saying there was an air quality issue and asking to see their PECO bills. Here is the Google answer to the question "Does PECO ever knock on your door to get information from you?"
“PECO rarely, if ever, sends representatives to your door. If they do, it's usually related to a service concern in the area, and they will have some form of identification and explanation for their visit. PECO would never ask for your account information at your door because they already have it. Be cautious of anyone claiming to be from PECO who asks for account details, as this could be a scam
Snow Removal Rule. GPHA Rules page 5
Snow removal - Owners shall be responsible, not later than 24 hours after snow or ice has ceased to fall or the formation of ice, for snow removal and cleaning of sidewalk areas including the sidewalk portion of driveways between townhouses and the curb line, whether or not said sidewalk and driveway are located within the right-of-way or of an Association Roadway. See Montgomeryville Township Snow Removal Regulations.
If you are a landlord, it is your responsibility to inform your renter that snow must be removed within the timeframe. If you are out of town and see snow in the forecast, please plan to have your property cleared.
Failure to remove snow within 24-hours of a storm could result in a $50 fine for each day this is not addressed. See Page 8: Enforcement Procedures: Section 4 of the Rules and Regulations.
